Green Harvest
Throughout the year, the vineyard team at L'Ormarins perform a multitude of tasks in the vineyard, all aimed at providing the highest quality grapes possible to the winery.
In the months prior to the harvest, the teams move through the vineyards and conduct the "Green Harvest", a process whereby excess bunches are removed, and leaves thinned to allow even ripening of the bunches.
