There are two cellars on the L'Ormarins estate.  The Anthonij Rupert Cellar is a 220 ton gravity flow cellar dedicated to red wines only.  The Terra del Capo Cellar's maximum grape capacity is 400 tons.  

Both cellars have been fitted with state of the art wine making equipment to assist the winemakers to treat the grapes with the highest level of care and respect.
