Due to an extensive replanting program that was implemented on L'Ormarins in 2004, Anthonij Rupert wines entered into long term relationships with grape growers who had exciting terriors through out the Western Cape.  Each site is specifically suited to expressing a particular character from the various varieties, and producing wines of the desired style and quality sought by the winemakers.
