Ingredients
150g Heirloom Tomatoes cut in halve
1 Burrata
Small hand full of fresh Basil leaves washed
L’Ormarins Extra Virgin Olive oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Place the Burrata in a bowl, arrange the tomatoes and Basil Leaves artistically around the Cheese. Drizzle with Olive oil and season with Salt and Pepper to taste.
Serve with very good bread and a chilled glass of Pinot Grigio.
